The mentorship aspect of my capstone will take place at the Friends in Services to the Humanities homeless shelter, or FISH, in Torrington, Connecticut.

         The executive manager of FISH, Dierdre DiCara, will be my mentor throughout my pursuit of this capstone project.

Dierdre DiCara was the CEO of Girl Scouts of Northwestern Connecticut for 23 years and is well-regarded for her work as the CEO of the Winsted Health Center Foundation and the Southbury-Middlebury Youth and Family Services Organization.
